• 2 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 Red onion, finely minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped


  1. Mash avocado in a medium size mixing bowl. Add chopped tomato, red onion, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Season with blended cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper. Top with chopped cilantro.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap, pressed directly against the guacamole, to prevent browning, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
