Grilled Cinnamon Chips With Fruit Salsa

  • 6 Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil, or melted butter
Fruit Salsa
  • 3 Peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Preheat barbecue on MEDIUM. Brush tortillas with vegetable oil on both sides. Combine sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl. Sprinkle one side with sugar/cinnamon mixture and grill 2 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with more sugar/cinnamon mixture and grill 2 minutes more. Remove from grill, cut into bite size wedges and serve with fruit salsa.
  2. Fruit Salsa: Clean and prepare fruit and toss into a large bowl with honey, lime juice and cinnamon. Serve garnished with lime slices and mint if desired.
