Lemon Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • pinch cayenne


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a heavy-duty resealable Ziploc bag. Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes, or in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
  2. Preheat barbecue on HIGH. Place chicken on the grill, reduce heat to MEDIUM, and cook for 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
